· Senior
Project Manager working with Team from Computer Aid, Inc. to implement a
software solution for the Arkansas Department of Insurance. The system
is a web-based public-facing application with interfaces to the Moodle
Learning Management System, to the Licensing Division of the State of
Arkansas, and to the Federal Health Insurance Exchange system. The
system provides for Application Processing, Training, Certification, and
Monitoring of In-Person Assisters and Navigators who will provide assistance
to persons in Arkansas who are seeking health insurance coverage under the
Affordable Health Care Act. The system also tracks performance
reporting, invoice processing, and Contract Monitoring tools. Interim
solution was developed using SharePoint with InfoPath, Developer, and
C#. The final production system was developed using ASP.NET with C# and
JQuery.

development of this 3-tiered system.

was managed using Agile Project Management methodology. Developed
